Hello. Life is ALL ABOUT adversity. Those who CANNOT cope with adversity are ALWAYS going to give up, fall by the wayside, or resort to suicide throughout their lives. You're not IMPROVING their chances by making Adversity ILLEGAL.
If somebody cannot DEFEND himself, then he has MANY tragic encounters awaiting him ALL THROUGHOUT his life. A person who cannot defend himself should NOT expect the rest of the world to GO SOFT to accommodate him. That idea flies against everything we know of Natural Selection.
